  • Terex cancels Fantuzzi deal

    Terex has told US regulators that is has terminated its agreement to buy Fantuzzi, citing delays in receiving full approval from competition authorities, materially adverse changes and 'other reasons'. It says Fantuzzi has threatened legal action.

  • Norwegian shipyard buys CC 2800-1

    Norwegian shipyard Ulstein Verft has bought a 600t Terex CC 2800-1 crawler, for use in the yard and for service jobs. The crane will be delivered at the end of 2009.

    Houston, Texas, based TNT Crane has acquired the assets of Americrane, based in Dallas-Fort Worth. The deal bring's TNT's total crane fleet up to 94 units. Americrane's former owner and CEO Kenny Emigh will be staying with the company.
